Fast fixes for common issues.
Outlines
- Outline feels off-topic: Add a couple of hints (beats, goals, constraints) and try again. Make sure your lane and category fit your goal.
Drafts
- Stuck on “queued” or “running”: Refresh to sync. If it continues, try again later — busy periods happen.
- “Draft not found” when applying: It may have expired. Regenerate and apply right after review.
- Not enough credits: Visit the Buy Credits page from the header to add more. Your balance is always visible in the navigation bar.
- Image regenerate failed: Add a short prompt (subject, style), and try a smaller image.
Publishing
- Cover won’t load: Use a public link. 3:4 images (around 1200 x 1600) work well.
- Download looks old: Apply the latest drafts and download again.
Access
- Can’t sign in: Check your email, or try your workspace’s dev mode, if available.
